1970’s Koos Van Den Akker Cotton Peasant Blouse

Gypsy dream blouse from Koos Van Den Akker. Peasant style patchwork of prints, Florals and plaids. Waist has a smocked look. Marked Sz 8 and fits up to M maybe L. Some color running in the blues but not very noticeable and does not effect overall impact of blouse. Great piece!
