Shipping InformatioN
We will ship your items no later than 3 business days after receipt of payment via USPS Priority Mail (2 day turn-around), First Class Mail (2 to 3 day turn-around), and First Class International (arrival time varies, can take up to 3 weeks). You are welcome to upgrade your shipping according to a time frame that works for you. If you select Express options, we will do everything in our power to ship the following business day.
Tracking will be provided the day of shipment.
Please let us know before your purchase if you would like to use another method of shipment or need insurance on the item. We are more than happy to accommodate your shipping requests.
If you purchase multiple items, we automatically combine shipping, charges will fluctuate.
- International Shipping -
International customers must pay any fees or duties incurred by their countries upon shipping. Items sent via First Class International (by far the most economical method for any item weighing less than 4 pounds) are shipped at the buyer's risk, as these packages are untraceable after they leave the US. We cannot offer refunds for items lost in transit abroad. If you would like to use a trackable international shipping method, please note in your order or message us before you make your purchase and we will arrange for your package to be shipped via Priority International or Priority Express or DHL (additional costs will be covered by the buyer)
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to present items accurately with detailed information on condition, measurements and estimates on modern sizing. Please read the listings thoroughly before purchasing.
We will accept returns for store credit on most items. Items must be shipped back within three business days of initial delivery with tracking. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition of when received. Store credit will be refunded for the purchase price only, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Returns must be shipping with tracking, within three days of initial delivery. A credit code for the purchase price will be issued when the above conditions are met. When redeeming the code, use as you would any other promo code to cover all or part of your exchange order.
Exclusions:
- Items from the 1940s or earlier, due to their delicate nature cannot be returned--please message us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Shoes: vintage shoes are described based on visual evaluation and are not worn or tested before hand. Glue, leather, and wood on shoes can sometimes dry out, even if they are unworn, dead stock and appear to be excellent. They can often be fixed by a cobbler for a small fee if that is the case. For that reason, we cannot accept returns on vintage shoes.
- Any item that is stated to be nonreturnable in its individual listing description.
If a return is sent without meeting the above conditions, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
